What time do your kids go to bed and get up?
What time do you put your kids to bed and get them up for school?
I have a five year old daughter. Is 6:40 to early. I want to keep her in the same routine she is used to. On Mon & Wed night she stops over and I take her to her mums early for school. My daughter is not tired and always wakes smiley and happy and fully of energy.
What do you think?
I think that is a good time for your daughter to go to sleep.
As she gets older make sure you increase the time gently, as sudden changes can upset the sleep pattern.
Obviously your daughter should wake up with time to get ready but let her wake up naturally, unless it’s too late and you need to get her up.
Unless you see her looking paler/sleep deprivated I’d say keep going with your routine.
