Which paint should I use for a pine dresser?
I have a pine dresser, it was not expensive but provides useful storage so I would like to keep it, I was thinking of painting it cream to match my kitchen units and tie in with a shabby chic decor. What type of paint should I use for the best finish and easy application?

I would rub it down thoroughly first, then wipe away all the dust. You need an eggshell finish rather than a gloss, and these are available, along with their primers, in a lovely variety of creams and other colours. Dulux is the best. You may need more than one coat, but I’m sure it will look wonderful.
